SAS Developer
Join our innovative team for the following position: Our client is seeking a SAS Developer to be responsible for the analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementation for new and existing business application software. The chosen candidate will provide production support for systems with high complexity.
Position Requirements:
- Six plus years of SAS Development experience including SAS Macro experience
- Experience with SAS Version 9 is highly preferred
- Experience developing Reporting and Business Intelligence applications
- Experience with PROC SQL, PROC REPORT, SAS/GRAPH, SAS/Access, and ODS
- Demonstrated experience working in UNIX environment, UNIX Scripting skills a plus
- Experience and knowledge using WebSphere Application Server highly preferred
- Ability to absorb and adhere to architectural guidelines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Capable of working in all phases of the application development lifecycle.

Jr. Lvl position, Quality Assurance Analyst, Business Development Analyst . Resources will review data elements that have been collected by team members and submitted by business lines/customers to make a risk based decision on customer status (maintain relationship, recommend closure).
Resources must be comfortable with Citizens systems, PC, internet researching, and have an understanding of risk mitigation principles. Resources must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task at a very fast pace. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Will accept BS or equivalent in those fields and 5yrs of progressive exp.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Hold overall responsibility for technical implementation of applications.
- Prepare technical documentation related to implementation of applications.
- Engage in the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle of projects including planning, analysis, detailed design, building, testing, and the deployment process.
- Work closely with the architecture and change management team to validate designs and standards.
- Validate requirements and provide direction when needed to business partner lead in software design meetings.
- Design and develop NWDI/UI applications with strong skills in all technologies of SAP HCM including design patterns; HR Business Process design fundamentals; and object model querying of data using ad hoc query.
- Perform bug verification, release manual and automation testing and support for enterprise systems and applications.
- Drive business process improvement and helps to develop enterprise coding standards.
- Maintain proper SAP best practices, performance tuning and perform both design and code reviews
- Job site in Irving, TX or may work remotely from residence anywhere in the U.S. Travel to various client sites throughout the U.S. may be required. Employer will pay travel expenses per company policy.
- Education: Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related major.
- Experience: Twelve (12) months in the job offered, SAP HR Lead Consultant, or related occupation.* Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable. Foreign academic equivalence acceptable.
- Salary: $110,344 per year.
- Prior strong experience in HRMS / HRIS implementation required.
- Hours: Forty (40) hours per week. Job Location: Job site in Irving, TX or may work remotely from residence anywhere in the U.S. Travel to various client sites throughout the U.S. may be required. Employer will pay travel expenses per company.
